• Own P&L responsibility for the performance marketing function.
• Drive performance across key channels including programmatic display, direct display, paid search & more.
• Develop strategic paid media campaign strategies across various platforms.
• Build and maintain paid media campaigns.
• Optimise paid media campaigns to achieve agreed KPIs, including ROAS.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on paid media performance.
• Oversee and manage budgets for effective campaign performance.
• Research and analyze competitors for new strategies.
• Collaborate with the design team for paid media creatives.
