Back-office Operator with German - Remote

Overview

We are a growing startup providing IT services to local and regional newspapers, and we are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Backoffice Operator.

In Short

• Process large volumes of data quickly and accurately.
• Ensure print newspaper content is redistributed to digital channels.
• Work remotely, processing advertising and articles from PDF editions.
• Part-time position with estimated 10-20 hours per month.
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Ability to communicate in English (both written and verbally).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
• Experience handling large volumes of data is an asset.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Google Sheets.
