BLEW is excited to announce an opening for a Project Manager specializing in Environmental and Property Condition Assessments. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing projects that involve the assessment of both environmental conditions and physical property conditions for various projects across the United States. This a fantastic opportunity in the commercial real estate due diligence industry.

In Short

• Conduct and write dual-scope(ESA/PCA) assignments.
• Provide solid recommendations and solutions to Managing Directors and clients.
• Oversee quality control throughout the project’s life cycle.
• Conduct site visits and lead fieldwork activities.
• Complete research (historical, regulatory, etc.).
• Communicate with client and subject site representatives.
• Conduct appropriate site reconnaissance.
• Data compilation and organization.
• Prepare quality supporting documentation.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirements

• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of environmental and property assessments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to conduct site visits.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in data compilation and documentation.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Experience in commercial real estate is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
