In Short

• Oversee and manage survey technicians.
• Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews.
• Conduct detailed research at town, county, and state levels.
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, and aerial photographs.
• Identify potential project constraints.
• Determine the best approach to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Perform calculations of quantities and volumes.
• Communicate daily with crew chiefs and operations team.
• Collaborate with drafting managers and design staff.
• Provide status updates and address plan revisions.

Requirements

• Experience in land surveying.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles.
• Ability to manage and lead a team.
