Overview

The Senior SQL Database Administrator will be responsible for administering a large number of SQL Server instances and managing Azure SQL databases, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.

• Administer 300+ SQL Server instances with failover cluster architecture.
• Manage Azure SQL databases.
• Handle large databases (1TB, 2TB).

Requirements

• Extensive experience in SQL Server administration.
• Strong knowledge of Azure SQL database administration.
• Proven ability to manage large databases (1TB+).
• Expertise in backup and disaster recovery planning.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience in SQL Server migration projects.
• Familiarity with SCOM management.
• Excellent technical documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
