Overview

As a Blackbird Psychotherapist, you will provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to children and adolescents, helping them navigate social developmental and school-related challenges.

In Short

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services.
• Evaluate new clients through assessments.

• Maintain thorough records of patient meetings.

Requirements

• Active licensure in Virginia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or PsyD.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to children and/or adolescents is desired.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Openness to professional feedback.
• Ability to show initiative and good judgment.
