Overview

As a Blackbird Psychotherapist, you will provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to children and adolescents, helping them navigate social developmental and school-related challenges.

In Short

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services.
• Evaluate new clients through biopsychosocial assessments.
• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Availability during core after-school hours.
• Collaborate with specialty providers for integrated treatment plans.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve family members or specialists when appropriate.
• Maintain thorough records of patient meetings.

Requirements

• Passion for redefining behavioral health for children.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to children/adolescents.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Openness to feedback in a collegial environment.
• Ability to show initiative and good judgment.
• Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
