Overview

The Marketing Assistant will assist with projects and activities for marketing products or services by performing various duties, aimed at enhancing the company's marketing efforts.

• Oversee the company’s social media channels to ensure brand uniformity
• Manage internal email lists
• Coordinate and edit content for web and email
• Track past and future advertising in our database
• Assemble and maintain history of all marketing initiatives
• Assist in analysis and reporting of key metrics and performance
• Manage paperwork with vendors
• Collaborate with leadership on content optimization strategies
• Launch new promotions and marketing initiatives
• Monitor industry news and online mentions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
• Two years related experience and/or training
• Proficiency in social media marketing strategies and tools
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Commitment to quality and improving processes
