Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a finance-related major
• Prior customer support experience in e-commerce or finance
• Familiar with CS operation and business processes
• Experience or knowledge of financial derivative products
• Willing to work weekends and irregular hours
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
