Overview

Billfox is the digital software for osteopaths that reduces bureaucracy and focuses on patient treatment. Our software simplifies billing, documentation, and contracts and is already used by hundreds of users in Germany. Behind Billfox is a small, dedicated team of three people who think practically and want to continue growing together.

In Short

• Supporting founders in their day-to-day business and strategic projects
• Collaborating on the further development of our digital products and processes
• Analyzing market and user feedback to optimize the software
• Providing support in marketing, sales, and customer communications
• Organizing and supporting projects in the digital health environment

Requirements

• Degree in economics, health management, digital health, business administration, IT, or similar
• Interest in digital health, start-ups, and innovative software solutions
• Independent, structured, and proactive approach to work
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Confident use of digital tools and platforms
• German language skills (B2)
