In Short

• Manage ad operations for podcast, radio, and digital radio advertising strategies.
• Process insertion orders and assist with billing/reconciling.
• Ensure ads run correctly through QA management.
• Manage compliance efforts for advertising channels.
• Create new workflows and systems utilizing AI.
• Assist with the creative process for audio advertisements.
• Collaborate with a supportive team.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing ad ops for audio campaigns.
• Innovative mindset for improving systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and teamwork ability.
• Knowledge of audio industry tools like Podscribe and Magellan.
• Experience with Looker and Salesforce.
• Experience at a DR/DTC growth brand.
