Travel Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a full-time Travel Consultant with excellent travel product knowledge and previous experience in travel consulting to provide superior customer service.

In Short

• Determine clients' travel requirements and advise itineraries.
• Make and confirm reservations using GDS.
• Notify clients of travel dates and special requests.
• Interpret fare rules and conditions.
• Collect payments and issue receipts and travel documentation.
• Advise clients of schedule changes timely.
• Follow internal workflows using CRM and mid-office applications.
• Make follow-ups and convince clients.
• Maintain professionalism in client interactions.
• Work collaboratively within a team.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience as a Travel Consultant.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in GDS.
• Computer literacy, familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Docs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness and ability to learn.
