Remote Reservations Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a dependable Remote Reservations Specialist to manage reservations and deliver outstanding service from a fully remote environment. In this role, you'll process booking requests, confirm supplier arrangements, and act as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors.

In Short

• Receive and process reservation requests for flights, hotels, ground transportation, and activities.
• Accurately enter booking details into reservation platforms and confirm supplier confirmations and vouchers.
• Manage payments, refunds, and booking amendments in line with company policy.
• Respond professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat; resolve routine booking issues.
• Monitor existing reservations for changes or disruptions and proactively communicate updates.
• Maintain up-to-date client records, passenger manifests, and reporting logs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to secure availability.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in reservations, customer service, hospitality, or a related administrative role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word).
• Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home office setup.
• Flexibility to work occasional early/late hours.
