Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote

Overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position involves providing heart-centered ABA services focused on natural environment teaching (NET) and the principles of Natural Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities.

In Short

• Provide ABA services and supervision for children with Autism and IDD.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments.
• Design and update behavioral programs based on learner needs.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians in implementing behavior support plans.
• Monitor fidelity of behavioral goal implementation.
• Oversee clinical aspects of behavioral intervention plans.
• Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least 3 months of experience.
• Active Georgia LBA or willingness to apply for it.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills are required.

Requirements

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Minimum 3 months of relevant experience.
• Active Georgia LBA or willingness to apply.
• Completion of 8-hour BACB supervisor training.
• Experience with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
• Access to reliable electronic devices.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a treatment team.
