Overview

Behavioral Framework is seeking a Remote Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to provide therapy and supervision for children and families affected by Autism, focusing on individualized ABA programs.

In Short

• Full-time remote position with monthly travel to Washington DC area.
• Provide 32 billable hours of behavior analytic services per week.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA programs.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Participate in clinical meetings and supervision sessions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Knowledge of ABA methodologies and assessments.
• Experience in client management and behavior intervention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes and work under stress.
• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to travel for in-person meetings and supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement training best practices.
