Senior Project Manager - HUD - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Project Manager in BBG’s Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Assessment Services Division, you will apply your environmental knowledge and experience to write and review environmental reports of multifamily and healthcare facility properties for national lenders and other clientele.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biological/physical/environmental sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with HUD Phase I ESA Reports.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and HUD HEROS System.
• Experience with GIS, GPS, and environmental database software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
