Confirmation Manager - Remote

Overview

The Confirmation Manager is responsible for contacting inbound leads, qualifying their interest, and scheduling in-home or virtual consultations with our sales team. You'll be the first voice our future clients hear-so your ability to build trust, create excitement, and communicate clearly is essential.

• Contact inbound leads quickly and professionally via phone, text, or email
• Qualify customer interest and ensure project alignment (budget, scope, timeline)
• Schedule consultations and coordinate calendar availability for the sales team
• Track all lead activity in CRM or scheduling system
• Follow up with leads who haven't responded to initial contact
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion
• Provide a warm, informative, and positive first impression of our company

Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer service, sales support, or appointment setting experience
• Strong phone and communication skills-you know how to connect with people
• Ability to manage a high volume of leads with professionalism and speed
• Excellent time management and organization
• Experience with CRM systems
• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and meeting performance goals
