As an Intermediate Hydrology & Hydraulics / Water Resources Engineer at W.F. Baird, you will design hydraulic infrastructure and lead river restoration projects that positively impact communities and ecosystems.

Requirements

  • B.S. or M.Eng. in civil, hydraulic, or water resources engineering.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in hydrology and hydraulics.
  • A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Proficiency in hydrologic and hydraulic engineering codes and modeling techniques.
  • Experience in flood risk reduction and climate resiliency.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven project management and organizational abilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable to dynamic project environments.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
