Overview

As a Manager, Systems Epic Accounting, you will oversee the performance and development of staff, manage Epic accounting initiatives, and ensure a supportive work environment.

• Perform annual staff Performance Development Plan reviews.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in technology or business, or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years experience as a staff accountant or bookkeeper.
• 2-3 years experience in an accounting department at an Epic insurance agency.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
