Overview

The Clinical Director is responsible for providing management of all clinical functions at all sites, offering effective leadership to the clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or health-related field.
• Licensed with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate staff.
• Knowledge of quality management principles.
• Valid Driver's License.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
