Remote Telehealth Physician

Overview

Aviator Health supports older adults and patients with chronic conditions. We are actively recruiting a Remote Telehealth Physician. As an Aviator Physician, you will collaborate with patient navigators to ensure patients receive coordinated, high-quality care. You’ll use your clinical expertise to help families navigate chronic illness and support patients in achieving better health outcomes. In this role, you’ll also shape Aviator’s care model for scale, ensuring that our approach meets both clinical and human needs.

In Short

Requirements

• Active member of an IMLC state and open to acquiring additional licensure.
• Currently licensed in Texas, Florida, and Georgia - Ideally licensed in all 50 states.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty.
• Experience caring for patients with chronic conditions.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to coordinate across multiple providers.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills.
• Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new systems.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
