In Short

• Engage with clients directly, providing expert legal advice.
• Prepare LP transfer documents, including agreements and subscription documents.
• Conduct negotiations based on client playbooks.
• Escalate and resolve issues during the transfer process.
• Support with day-to-day supervision and mentoring of junior team members.
• Collaborate with the technology team to innovate legal workflows.
• Assist the Growth team with new client pitches.

Requirements

• Experience in funds law.
• Strong client engagement skills.
• Ability to prepare legal documents accurately.
• Negotiation skills.
• Experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools in legal work.
