Overview

The Media Supervisor’s role includes managing the delivery of high-level brand and consumer insights that drive media strategy and planning while crafting their people management skills across all facets of media plan development and execution.

In Short

  • Develop, implement, revise and maintain strategic and integrated client media plans and marketing recommendations.
  • Build plan options that deliver against objectives/strategies.
  • Exhibit in-depth understanding of digital media channels (i.e., SEM, Programmatic, Social).
  • Understand clear business objectives and work with clients to develop business cases.
  • Articulate media, competitive, targeting, marketplace and landscape trends.
  • Meet and exceed client expectations with quality work.
  • Manage client communication on day-to-day business needs.
  • Monitor, analyze and interpret campaign results.
  • Lead and motivate team members while overseeing account activities.
  • Manage a staff of media professionals and mentor them.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • 4+ years of experience in Strategy, Planning and/or Digital.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in managing or developing a staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks proactively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Desktop programs, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
