Overview

As a Virtual Administrator, you will assist the Operations Manager by handling various administrative tasks, pulling key reports, helping with task conversions, and ensuring smooth operations to support business performance.

In Short

  • Assist Operations Manager with administrative tasks
  • Pull and prepare weekly time reports
  • Manage balance load reports for bookkeeping and tax teams
  • Prepare reports for meetings with the Chief Executive Council (CEC)
  • Ensure accuracy in billing information
  • Help organize files for the international bookkeeping team
  • Convert and manage tasks in Financial Cents (FC)
  • Review and close out tasks with the Operations Manager
  • Identify and address delayed or incomplete tasks
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reports
  • Advanced Excel skills for data management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant
