In Short

  • Manage and optimize calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses for executives.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and extension of the executives.
  • Support planning and execution of leadership events and key customer meetings.
  • Build executive-ready materials and business metrics readouts.
  • Create frameworks for strategic programs across the organization.
  • Drive accountability across teams to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Partner with VPs to prioritize initiatives and resources.
  • Develop clear decks for executive meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in executive support, operations, or project management.
  • Proven ability to support senior executives and make decisions on their behalf.
  • Track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Adept at building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently and anticipating needs.
  • Experience in Customer Success or related functions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business metrics and program management.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana.
