  • Manage client reviews and ensure reports are sent timely.
  • Process new business applications and provider paperwork.
  • Reconcile client fees and collaborate with Finance.
  • Maintain CRM and ensure data compliance.
  • Assist in scheduling annual reviews and meetings.
  • Build and manage client relationships.
  • Action post-meeting requirements promptly.
  • Opportunity for career progression into various financial roles.
  • Fixed term role until the end of 2026 with potential for growth.

Requirements

  • Tech savvy with experience in cloud-based systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire to excel and grow in the financial sector.
  • Interest in financial products like pensions and investments.
  • Self-learner with a passion for industry knowledge.
  • Prior experience in financial planning or wealth management is a plus.
  • Experience in financial services or accountancy is desirable.
