In Short

• Partner with senior leaders to drive high-quality project work for state Medicaid agencies and other Medicaid-aligned clients.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of Medicaid policy and operational principles to project work.
• Conduct Medicaid policy research and develop practical recommendations for policy design and implementation.
• Create polished, client-ready deliverables including presentations, memos, and reports.
• Manage timelines, track deliverables, and uphold project standards for quality.
• Participate in client meetings and help drive client decision-making.
• Contribute to ATI’s thought leadership through publications and presentations.

Requirements

• College degree (graduate degree preferred) in public policy, public health, or related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting firm environment.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of fundamental Medicaid concepts.
• Strong research and analysis skills to translate policy guidance into actionable information.
• Polished writing and slide development skills for high-impact materials.
• Experience managing complex tasks and contributing to multi-disciplinary teams.
• High initiative and professional maturity with a strong sense of ownership.
