Overview

We’re hiring a Strategic Integrator — Real Estate Specialist (aka Unicorn), a high-level offshore generalist with deep experience supporting real estate businesses.

In Short

• Manage inbox, calendar, scheduling, reminders, and organize files and databases.
• Create and maintain transaction documents, offers, disclosures, listing agreements, and MLS records.
• Draft and send professional communications to clients, buyers/sellers, and vendors.
• Track transaction timelines, coordinate showings, and keep all parties accountable to deadlines.
• Improve time and task management systems for listings, closings, and client follow-up.
• Draft and edit emails, listings, marketing captions, and newsletters using AI tools.
• Create property flyers, listing presentations, and social media graphics in Canva or similar tools.
• Respond to client inquiries and emails promptly and professionally.
• Proactively check in with clients, buyers, and sellers to ensure smooth transactions.
• Join the Unicorn movement at Assistantly and help us build something extraordinary.
