Ascension Business Solutions LLC is seeking a high-accountability Internal Project Manager to lead and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives across Sales, Recruitment, Training & Development, Operations, CRM, and Client Success.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of KPI tracking and operational metrics.
• Experience in service-based organizations.
• Healthcare or home care industry experience preferred.
