• Independent organization and execution of painting events or creative workshops in cafés, bars, and similar locations
• Preparation, setup, and design of the event setting (canvases, colors, materials, etc.)
• Storage & transport of event materials
• Communication and coordination with partner locations
• Guiding and motivating participants with a focus on fun, inspiration, and personal style
• Creating a positive, relaxed, and creative atmosphere during events
• Post-event follow-up and feedback collection
