Math Coach (Part-Time, Virtual) - Remote

Overview

As a Math Coach, you will deliver as-needed academic support and mentorship to students in our Pathways scholarship program. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to work with motivated young students and contribute to the AoPS community. In this role, you will be part of a humble, hungry, and hard-working team expanding the pipeline of future STEM talent.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong math content knowledge, ideally through advanced high school level.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience teaching or tutoring K-12 students preferred.
• Engaging and enthusiastic demeanor when working with students.
• Interest in working with diverse high-achieving K-12 students.
• Familiarity with AoPS curriculum is a plus.
• Experience with math contests is a plus.
