• Provide feedback and guidance to designers throughout the design process.
• Stay informed about emerging design trends and apply this knowledge.
• Identify opportunities to push creative boundaries.
• Review and critique design work for visual appeal and brand alignment.
• Act as a creative brand ambassador for the Marketing team.

Requirements

• Highly proficient with the full Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience in a senior art direction role.
• Strong leadership and line management capabilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of design principles and strategy.
