Finance & Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Finance & Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts receivable and payable, and preparing comprehensive financial reports.

In Short

• Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online.
• Manage AR/AP, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly reports on revenue, margin, and profit by channel.
• Conduct inventory accounting, including landed cost and freight allocation.
• Maintain the Pricing Master Sheet.
• Lead the 12-month rolling forecast and budgeting.
• Automate dashboards between QuickBooks, Shopify, and Google Sheets.
• Partner with Operations & Logistics on freight planning.
• Support grant applications with accurate financial data.

Requirements

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong understanding of AR/AP processes.
• Ability to conduct inventory accounting.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
