India Tax Manager - Remote

Overview

The India Tax Manager will play a vital role in the International Tax Team at Arista Networks, either working remotely or from offices in Pune or Bangalore, supporting various business operations across multiple regions.

In Short

• Prepare quarterly corporate income tax provisions for Indian subsidiaries.
• Assist in filing corporate income tax returns and managing tax liabilities.
• Support Bi-lateral APA discussions and respond to data requests.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and assist in audits.
• Handle quarterly GST returns and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide business support for GST matters related to sales.
• Review Transfer Pricing Reports for Indian subsidiaries.
• Minimize withholding taxes and ensure proper documentation.
• Present tax topics to the wider accounting team.
• Perform other compliance duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; Chartered Accountant qualification.
• 5+ years of tax experience with a Big 4 firm or US multinational technology companies.
• Adaptability to changing requirements and focus on process improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with accounting software, NetSuite preferred but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and contribution to internal controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Flexibility to work with international teams across time zones.
