Overview

The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent support and resolution of inquiries while actively supporting internal operational processes.

In Short

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve support cases and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively support internal teams (Sales, Trainers) in operational processes.
  • Manage and optimize tools like Digistore24, Memberspot, Mailchimp, Typeform, Zapier, Facebook.
  • Maintain and organize projects in Asana.
  • Create process documentation and FAQs for internal workflows.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in Customer Service or a similar position.
  • Proficient in digital tools, especially Digistore24, Memberspot, Mailchimp, Typeform, Zapier, Facebook.
  • Mandatory use of Asana as a project management tool (experience is not required).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Structured and independent working style.
  • Fluent in German, good English skills are a plus.
