In Short

• We are looking for a highly capable Senior Technical Claims Specialist.
• This role adjudicates our most complex Argo Re Professional Lines claims.
• Work from various offices or remotely from anywhere in the US.
• Conduct detailed information gathering and analysis.
• Report on claims trends and developments.
• Manage claims in litigation and set claim reserves.
• Negotiate complex settlement packages.
• Must have a J.D. and at least seven years of experience.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other business-related software.

Requirements

• A J.D. from an accredited university required.
• Minimum of seven years’ experience in claims adjudication.
• Good business acumen and understanding of insurance operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong claim negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks.
• Must possess a strong customer focus.
• Licensed Claims Examiner required.
