Overview

A Lead Consultant at Argano is a highly experienced professional in the consulting family responsible for managing mid to large-size client engagements and contributing to the growth and development of the consulting practice. They provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology to businesses and organizations. They are indirect mentors in other areas and grades. Lead consultants work with security, data and crisis management, and should demonstrate exceptional knowledge of technology to deliver quality work that will drive customer satisfaction with excellent communication skills and with the ability to work well within a team.

In Short

• Lead mid to large-size and complex consulting projects simultaneously
• Develop and implement long-term client strategies
• Lead implementations by gathering system and business requirements, designing and building cloud-based Reconciliations solutions from end-to-end
• Lead other technical team members in the delivery of EPM/BI solutions while providing leading practice business process solutions to customers
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements
• Provide expert advice on technology solutions and tools
• Offer on-going technical support to address any issues or concerns
• Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, etc.
• MBA, relevant Master's Degree or PhD
• 5 – 10 years of consulting experience or in a related field
• Experience Leading 5 – 6 different, full-lifecycle Oracle Reconciliations (ARC or ARM) projects
• Expert knowledge of the Oracle Cloud EPM Account Reconciliation (ARC) tool required
• Experience leading functional and technical design sessions
• Experience leading a team of consultants and properly managing deliverables
• Experience in developing standard reconciliations & transaction matching reconciliation models required
• Experience with Data Exchange/Management and loading data required
• Preferred consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required.
