Production Planner - Remote

Archer Meat Snacks is looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated Production Planner to help keep our jerky and meat stick production running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience who’s looking to level up in a high-impact, hands-on role and become part of a fast-growing team that’s passionate about clean-label, high-protein snacks.

In Short

• Build and manage weekly and monthly production schedules based on demand and inventory
• Coordinate closely with internal manufacturing and operations teams
• Ensure raw materials are where they need to be—on time and in full
• Monitor production progress and update schedules in real-time as things shift
• Collaborate across procurement, inventory, and warehouse teams to align timelines
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to prevent delays and solve problems quickly
• Analyze production trends and propose process improvements that reduce downtime

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain (food or manufacturing preferred)
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning ERP/scheduling systems
• Strong attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communicator who works well cross-functionally
• Driven, curious, and eager to learn and grow in the role
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (preferred)
