Overview

As a part-time Data Processing Analyst, you’ll be responsible for processing and classifying real-time updates on private investments, ensuring accurate data capture and organization to deliver reliable insights to clients.

In Short

Process and monitor account information from clients and funds.
Identify and categorize relevant updates from inbound data.
Maintain attention to detail in data classification.
Ensure compliance with internal security protocols.
Extract and process data from multiple sources.
Commit to at least three 3-hour shifts per week.
Availability after 3pm PT preferred.
Remote position based in the USA.
Experience in data processing or operations is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills required.

Requirements

Sharp eye for detail in data processing.
Experience in data processing or data operations.
Ability to communicate effectively with teams.
Experience with financial or private investment data is a bonus.
Finance or accounting coursework is a plus.
