Overview

Arcadis is searching for an experienced Land Use Planner and Project Manager to join our Kingston-based Planning Studio, taking a lead role on various public and private sector projects.

In Short

• Lead planner and project manager for diverse projects.
• Preparation and coordination of planning reports and applications.
• Review planning applications and provide professional advice.
• Conduct public consultations and deliver presentations.
• Manage projects from start to finish.

Requirements

• Degree in Urban and Regional Planning or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Membership in OPPI (RPP) required.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office and Adobe.
• Proficiency with GIS and SketchUp is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong report writing and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and flexible team player.
• A personal vehicle and valid driver's license required.
