In your role as a Building Surveyor, you will assess the technical condition, compliance with laws and regulations, and map CAPEX investments of (complex) buildings.

Requirements

• Minimum HBO-level education with a technical background, preferably in Construction.
• Experience in conducting Technical Due Diligence (TDD) is a plus.
• Broad knowledge and affinity with buildings and construction technology.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a commercial mindset.
• Service-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
