In Short

  • Work directly with clients advising on land issues.
  • Collaborate on various real estate projects.

  • Draft land policy notes.
  • Advise on the application of land policy instruments.
  • Conduct procedures based on expropriation laws.
  • Perform appraisals and acquire real estate for governments.
  • Engage in commercial activities like preparing offers.
  • Conduct independent research and analysis.
  • Contribute to product and organizational development.

Requirements

  • Completed HBO or university degree in real estate, land management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Affinity for urban and rural real estate practice.
  • General legal knowledge, especially regarding environmental law.
  • Pragmatic thinker with a client-oriented approach.
  • Certification with NRVT, BV chamber, or GZV is a plus.
  • Networking skills and ability to maintain contacts.
  • Flexible and independent worker.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about opportunities in the field.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and good command of English.
