• Engage potential candidates and promote the unique company culture.
• Maintain contact to ensure AQUALEX stays top-of-mind.
• Optimize searching strategies and outreach methods.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team to align needs and expectations.
• Work 2 to 3 days a week with required flexibility.
