Overview

The BA/QA personnel are responsible for understanding projects and their associated business processes, gathering requirements, defining them into specifications, and assisting in QA and project planning.

  • Understand technically complex projects and business processes
  • Gather and define requirements into outlines and flowcharts
  • Close gaps found on requirements and specifications
  • Work with teams to plan projects into sprints
  • QA the results of each sprint and integrated project
  • Create and execute QA test plans
  • Communicate with clients for feedback
  • Ensure development aligns with client needs
  • Manual Testing + Regression Testing with potential for Automated Testing
  • Client-facing role

Requirements

  • 3+ years of BA experience
  • Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders
  • Experience in Manual Software QA (3 years minimum)
  • Experience with web and mobile app development
  • Competent with project management software
  • Experience developing and executing test plans
  • Mentoring and coaching experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
