Project Manager for Web3 Software Development - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised Project Manager to lead and deliver complex Web3 software projects with the use of AI.

In Short

• Lead the planning and implementation of agile software development projects across multiple domains.
• Define and manage project scope, backlog, goals, and timelines; conduct sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Create delivery plans, manage Kanban boards, daily stand-ups, and team progress tracking.
• Coordinate both onshore and offshore development teams.
• Apply AI tools to assist with documentation creation and automated testing.
• Use data-driven methods to define and track project metrics.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Engage directly with clients to manage expectations.
• Conduct project evaluations and mitigate risks.
• Support continuous improvement by evolving project management practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience managing agile software projects.
• Experience in a consulting environment.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Proven Agile/Scrum practitioner.
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Practical experience with Web3 technologies.
• Proficient with JIRA, Trello, GitHub.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle.
• Experience using AI tools in project management.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
