In Short

• Implement and administer IT security solutions focusing on the SOPHOS product portfolio.
• Engage in short- and long-term project work in IT security and networking, such as firewall system migrations.
• Provide technical customer consulting and support.
• Manage customer systems within the Sophos MSP program.
• Design, operate, test, and develop IT security measures for clients.
• Collaborate closely with various interfaces and internal and external contacts.
• Continuous education and certification in IT security.

Requirements

• Analytical or technical educational background, e.g., training with initial professional experience in IT and IT security or a degree in computer science or IT security management.
• Professional experience in information technology and/or IT security.
• Experience with the SOPHOS product portfolio is essential; existing manufacturer certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in administration, use, and implementation of IT security solutions and network infrastructures.
• Strong analytical skills combined with high problem-solving competence.
• High team spirit, good communication skills with changing contacts, and a willingness for continuous self-development.
• Preferred: Good English skills in spoken and written form.
