Overview

As part of the Anthropic security department, the compliance team is responsible for understanding security and AI safety expectations, providing direction to internal partners, and assuring regulators and customers that those expectations are met.

In Short

• Plan and lead engagements with independent assessors for certifications.
• Understand Anthropic’s security capabilities and common security frameworks.
• Drive programs to improve compliance with security controls.
• Write and update security policies.
• Support maintenance of the system of controls through audits and communication.
• Experience in audit planning and compliance work.
• Familiarity with ISO certifications and SOC attestations.
• Ability to write clear security documentation.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Experience in audit planning and compliance for FedRAMP and CMMC.
• Familiarity with ISO certifications and SOC attestations.
• Experience building or improving a common controls framework.
• Ability to write clear security documentation.
• Comfortable with time-bounded task management.
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
