Senior Consultant (CIAM) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) to lead the implementation of advanced identity solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background as a developer and hands-on experience with key IAM technologies and protocols.

• Lead CIAM implementation projects for clients, from requirements gathering to deployment and support
• Design and develop secure customer identity solutions using cutting-edge IAM technologies
• Customize integrations with client applications and third-party services
• Advise clients on best practices and ensure solutions comply with security standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Stay up to date on the latest CIAM technologies and protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience as a developer, preferably with recent hands-on coding experience
• Strong foundational knowledge of IAM protocols such as OIDC, SAML, OAuth, and FIDO2
• Strong experience with implementation and development using popular IAM platforms and tools is a requirement (e.g., Auth0, Okta, Transmit Security, Descope)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
