Lab Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Lab Consultant represents Antech Germany in their assigned field area, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction through personal engagement and collaboration with the sales team, while maintaining close contact with clients, including veterinary practices and clinics.

• Provide consultation and support to existing clients on the entire product portfolio.
• Conduct personal visits to veterinary practices and clinics.
• Collaborate closely with sales representatives and product management.
• Inform clients about laboratory diagnostics related to Antech's service offerings.
• Install in-house diagnostic analysis devices.
• Train clients on in-house diagnostics and shipping laboratory processes.
• Organize and conduct customer training events.
• Maintain professional networks through client visits and events.
• Willingness to travel outside the assigned area, including overnight trips.

Requirements

• Completed studies in veterinary medicine, biology, or a related field.
• Completed training as a veterinary technical assistant or similar.
• Experience in veterinary laboratory diagnostics.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with clients.
• Team-oriented with a high level of personal commitment.
• Strong self-organization and personal responsibility.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Technical affinity.
• Driver's license (Class B).
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Solid PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications.
