Overview

This position is for a Co-Coach who is passionate about femininity, emotional depth, and holistic transformation, aiming to support women in regulating their nervous systems and healing old wounds.

In Short

  • Conduct weekly 90-minute live calls, with potential to increase to twice a week.
  • Provide 1:1 sessions focusing on emotional release, trauma integration, and nervous system work.
  • Offer WhatsApp support to clients directly after sessions.
  • Engage in community support through an intensive WhatsApp group.
  • Work as part of a small, loving team.
  • Opportunity for long-term growth with a rapidly growing company.
  • Current workload: 15 hours per week, with plans to increase to 25 hours/week.
  • Salary: approximately 2,000 – 4,000 € net/month based on a rate of 35 €/hour.
  • Immediate start or as agreed.

Requirements

  • Certified coach or therapist with experience working with clients.
  • Proven experience and testimonials are required.
  • In-depth knowledge in at least two of the following areas: trauma healing, nervous system regulation, inner child work, emotional release, femininity coaching.
  • Ability to work present, intuitively, and trauma-sensitive.
  • Willingness to commit long-term and grow with the team.
  • Enjoyment in contributing to team spirit.
